My Insanity workout!

Insanity "60 day workout"

Insanity is a 60 day "HIIT"(High Intensity Interval Training) by fitness expert Shaun T. The workout broken down in by 2 months. Month one is body conditioning that prepares you for month 2. Both offer similar exercises but month 2 dose focus a little more on upper body strength and the workouts are longer ( avg 40min month 1 and 55min month 2) and more intense. You workout 6 days a week with Sunday being your only rest day ( Yeah sounds miserable, it can be, but totally worth it).You don't need any weights for this program as you use your body to get in the best shape of your life.

Before starting the workout you do a 'Fit Test'. You have 8 different exercises to perform and 1 minute each to complete them. Your goal is to get as many reps as possible within that minute. You repeat this 'Fit Test' every 2 weeks to track your progress. I've always been what I considered to be "fit" until I started Insanity. The fit test alone had me sweating more than I ever have in my life and the workouts to follow were even more intense.

WARNING:You Will Sweat

If you're serious about getting in shape and really pushing yourself ( which is what INSANITY makes you do) than you should definitley consider this workout program. You can order directly from HERE. The one thing that I regret not doing was using the Results and Recovery Formula which helps restore your body during these intense workouts. I did experience a lot of body fatigued, but I kept pushing through and completed it. Now I restore my body after workouts and it makes a big difference when trying to recover and dig deeper each time.
